Periodically testing and inspecting fixed wiring and accessories within a property, is a specialised field. There are legal requirements dictating the periods in which the different categories of buildings require a periodic test. Different categories of building fall under different guidelines. In domestic dwellings for example, it is necessary for a landlord to have the wiring inspected on the change of tenant as well as the standard frequency.

We offer two types of periodic inspections:

1. Full Periodical Inspection This is a very detailed inspection whereby we check all sockets, switches, light fittings, fuse boards etc. We test and verify the safety of each circuit in the property with all results recorded. On completion a report will be issued which shows all results and all observations will be listed.

2. Visual Periodical Inspection This is a report issued from visual observation only whereby the engineer will observe any damage to sockets, switches, light fittings, fuse boards etc. Any recommendations will be recorded.

In addition we offer Portable Appliance Testing to businesses On completion of the testing you will be issued with a safety certificate and a detailed report that provides information on each individual item. All items that pass the inspection & testing will be labeled with a safety sticker and a unique barcode number that helps us keep track of all appliances in your company
